Flat Rate Plans

If your current meter is not suitable for a Time of Use Tariff at your property, don’t worry we will arrange this for you. Your meter type will either be reprogrammed or replaced with a suitable Smart Meter, but until then, we will put you on our Flat-Rate Plan.

Once this reprogramming or replacement is complete, you will automatically be moved to the Solar + Battery Members Plan, we expect this to take up to 4 weeks.
